This error will occur while configuring Windows service
(BizTalk Host Instances) of BizTalk
Runtime in the Microsoft BizTalk Server Configuration Wizard. You
will face this issue when you are trying to configure with the domain.
This issue can be resolved by creating a local account, then
add the account to the administrators group. Login with the newly created
account and then configure the BizTalk Runtime in the Configuration Wizard.
This will resolve the issue.
When you are using a local group on a particular domain, Go
Offline and configure the BizTalk Runtime. The Issue will be resolved.
